March of Dimes

Recently I have been working on fundraising for March of Dimes. Its for a good cause so why not right?! Now when you ask people to donate money you should always expect to get all kinds of excuses but at the same time do people have to be rude? This post is going to give examples of what happend while I was trying to collect money to help save premature babies. Its touching when you find out that the ring on your finger and go all the way up a premature babies arm. I was amazed by that.

Things that happened:

1. Most people said they didn't have any money on them. So I said oh thats not a problem we will come back another day or you can donate through a website.

2. Some people just ignore the fact that you were talking to them and walk away. Now thats just plain fucking rude. Bitch ass people. That makes me angry.

3. Some people just don't donate. I can accept that because at least if they not donating to March of Dimes they not donating to anything else either.

4. Some people lie and say "oh i'm going to donate". then they never do. But at least they had the decency to make up a good lie.. i guess.

5. This one lady called me a solicitor. The bitch said "I didn't know students could solicit administration at their desks" Bitch I aint no whore i dont want ur money for not kinky shit. Get your life together. She don't know how bad she was about to get her ass beat but thats another story in and of its self.

6. This one ROTC man, *yes he is a man in the military* got angry and said, "I'm mad you came in here and asked me for money for this." Like really excuse the fuck out of me for trying to do something for a good cause. He lucky he gave me five dollars or I might have punched his hill billy ass in the fuckin face.

So for everyone the morale of this blog is to do something right for once in your life and donate to march of dimes. To make it easy for everyone I will post my link so that if you want to donate its easy. Click the link and give, give, give, then give again. http://www.walkamerica.org/richarch
